🌞 Summer Reading

We are very excited to launch The Reading Aloud Challenge this summer! Reading aloud is a fantastic way for children to maintain and improve their reading skills while developing a lifelong love of reading.

This is the first time our school is taking part, and as a school that truly values reading, we are aiming high and encouraging all our families to join us!

In addition, we’re running our popular Prendergast Summer Reading Challenge Card again this year! Children love bringing their completed cards back in September and receiving their well-earned reading medals.

The main entrance foyer will be open throughout the summer, allowing children to borrow and exchange books as often as they wish.

Please note the only area accessible during this time is the main entrance foyer where the books are kept.
